war ends!
As the war came to an end, many rebellions and civil matters began in Central Powered countries for the lack of food and materials. Germany and Russia experienced worst internal affairs. The English created a massive naval blockade in the North Sea, not allowing any German vessels to enter of leave the sea. This created a massive decrease in materials and food for Germany, since no ship could pass the blockade and give Germany supplies. After multiple treaties in place, the Peace Conference in Paris, France, finally ended the Great War with the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. Here, political leaders from many countries that the war impacted signed the Treaty of Versailles, which, among other provisions, controversially compelled the Germans to accept sole responsibility for causing the war. This treaty limited Germany's political and military involvement. Germany's military could not reach over 100,000 soldiers and they could not have a navy or air force. Furthermore, it was decided that the defeated Central Powers would have to pay for the cost of the war and required payment of reparations either in money or something else. At this peace meeting, most of the Allied Powered countries, such as the US, Britain, and France, wanted to limit the Central Powers's military and political influence and involvement. The Central Powers wanted to still expand their military operations for safe keeping's if an attack broke out in their country. Though, the eventually signed the Treat of Versailles, limiting their military power. This treaty had a lot more positives than negatives from previous treaties signed.
